Returns & Exchanges
We are a small shop that works hard to provide high quality products from independent makers and great customer service!
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unopened condition. We only offer store credit & exchange for all purchases in store & online. Gift certificates & perishable goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
All purchases made in our physical store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. In order to return or exchange a purchase made at any of our physical stores, the transaction must be made in-person with a receipt. Store credit from returns done in-store may be used in-store unless you request an online credit.
If you purchase an item in-store and wish to ship it, we will ship the exact product you picked out yourself. Because of this, please be aware the exact item you purchased will be what you receive. Select custom-made products can be purchased in-store and shipped directly from the artist. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
Online Purchases & Phone Orders
If you would like to exchange or return an online purchase for store credit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number & nature of the return. Once we have responded to your query, please send the product(s) you wish return for store credit or exchange to the address below. Please include a note with your name, order number, and phone number or email address in the shipment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
